Return Policy

Sienna is only happy if you are happy!

If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not happy with the Sienna Rodrigues sunglasses you have received, and wish to return them to us, then you are welcome to do so. All you need to do is drop us an email within seven days of delivery quoting your order number and then send them back to us and we will refund you in full, provided that we receive the sunglasses back within fourteen days of you receiving them.

Please do not send them to us without emailing first. You will need to receive a reply from us acknowledging your wish to return the sunglasses, before we are able to authorise this.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund any purchases whereby your sunglasses are returned to us damaged or evidently not in original condition. Please also make sure that you return all the boxes that your sunglasses arrived in, as well as the cleaning cloths that came with your purchase.

Please note: Sadly, we are unable to reimburse any shipping costs.
